Their primary treatment method was inefficient and caused high emissions (BTEX, VOC), leaving them out of regulatory compliance. They urgently needed a quick and effective solution, so they contacted CTP Environnement. ### The Challenge The refinery relied on an outdated wastewater treatment t hat not only was underperforming but brought significant environmental concerns due to a system’s leakage. As part of the solution, CTP’s provided a fully managed system, including: - **Remote, 24/7 and fully automated operation alarms:** connected to both CTP and the client’s mobile devices. - **Mobile connectivity:** allowing CTP to assist in real-time if operational issues arise. - **On-site implementation support:** to ensure smooth startup and operation. The solution was implemented in three key phases: assessment and feasibility studies to determine the best approach, installation and ongoing support, ensuring seamless operation and compliance.
